‘Facta Non Verba ‘ Deeds not Words -The DTHS Alumni Association Jamaica functions in transcending the newness of charity and voluntarism in mind. The ultimate aim is to transform the lives of the Dinthill community. We relish the opportunity to be apart of this noble Alumni committee. Our goal is to spread our wings far and wide throughout the diaspora globally.
The community of hardworking alumnus speaks to the share tenacity and drive to continue the development of brand ‘Dinthill’. We aspire to continue the traditions of our Alma Mater by instilling the necessary attributes to our upcoming aspirants.
Global international stalwarts within the entertainment industry and other genres consistently continue to serve both country and state by carrying the Dinthill flag high. Comedian extraordinaire and actor Oliver Samuels O.D. often described as the Jamaican “King of Comedy”, performing both stand-up and comic theatre has made tremendous contributions and dedication to this cause and so we are extremely grateful for his talent, a true son of the “Dinthill Soil”.
International gospel artiste like Mr. Clive Provost aka ‘Jabez’ is also making strides with his compact gospel collections and fundraising events perpetuating the integrity and dedication to building the brand ‘Facta Non Verba’. In addition, international reggae artiste Mario Greaves aka ‘Iba Mahr’ uses his rich African culture and musical prowess to empower societal norms by advocating love, peace, righteousness and spiritual consciousness. He is quite humble, and does not let anything or no one trouble his innate calm. His music ranges from reggae, lovers rock and soulful roots genre another soulful Dinthill bread alumnus.
The Alumni continues to celebrate the continuous contributions of each Dinthillian, who confidently dignify ‘Brand Dinthill’ whether by performance or philanthropy. Together we must aspire to achieve beyond the boundaries of the norm and continue to unearth world class citizens.
