DINTHILL TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION JAMAICA (DTHSAAJA)

The DTHS Alumni Association Jamaica, is just celebrating 2 years of rekindled spirit as an established non profit organization (2014-2016) and has a long list of achievements. During the two-year term the Executive Committee focused on the following attributes:

  • Trust fund
  • Finances & Accounting
  • Membership Recruitment
  • Protocol/Parliamentary – Review of the Associations Constitution
  • School Affairs
  • Entertainment Events – Planning Annual Dinner/Dance
  • Public Relations
  • Welfare

The committee meets once per month and have been graciously accommodated at the offices of the Development Bank of Jamaica, C&WJ Credit Union, and Earnest & Young legal firm. Notwithstanding, we are also strengthened and supported by our affiliate Alumni community of Chapters including Florida, New York, Canada, Atlanta and UK.

Our aim is to pool together all the resources available for various enhancements via school developmental projects, school maintenance of existing programs or even to foster growth to the academic development of each Dinthillian. Although each Association has it’s own Organizational Structure and functions there is only one aim and that is to enrich the lives of the Dinthill Community by fostering lifelong relationships and encouraging unwavering support that will advance the objectives of our Alma mater.

We are committed to the continuance of this esteem gesture of goodwill whereby each student will strive to emulate and better improve themselves as citizens of this country.
