She was praised for her more than 40 years of dedicated service in the field of education and contribution to the development of the Linstead community.

A true champion to the cause for academia Mrs. White has become the ‘mother hen’ of the Dinthill School community. Never weary, always abounding to the needs of her students whether it be in the classroom or from the administration desk. A hard working, dedicated, enthusiastic, enigmatic natural woman of substance and class.

The Dinthill Alumni Association Jamaica takes great pleasure in congratulating her in this global wave of management and outstanding leadership.

Now filling the top spot as Principal Mrs. White, the wife of Mr. Lloyd White holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Language and Communication from the University of the West Indies, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Technology. She later taught at James Hill Infant School in Clarendon; then at Lluidas Vale Primary School in St. Catherine. In addition, she commenced her tenure at Dinthill Technical High School in Linstead, St. Catherine, in 1986. Since then, she has served in various positions at that institution.
